Are you the Operator we are looking for at Four Seasons Food in Nieuwkuijk? Together with your team, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our delicious soups, sauces and meals are of top quality. Will you ensure that our machines run smoothly and quality is guaranteed? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

As Operator, you ensure that the production process runs according to plan. You prepare productions, ensure the correct operation of the machines and solve line failures. You check, and if necessary correct, speeds, temperatures, dosages and materials to ensure the end product meets the right qualitative conditions.

Your tasks also include:

• Instructing and giving directions to employees from your shift;
• Ensuring quality;
• Adjusting the line, ensuring required materials and cleaning machines (or having them cleaned);
• Solving daily problems or escalating to your supervisor;
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe.

You will work in a three-shift system, of working hours between Monday 06:00 and Saturday 12:00.

Who are you?

• Relevant work experience in a food environment;
• You work meticulously and are results-oriented;
• You are a team player and speak the English language;
• You are willing to work in shifts.
