Allround Production Employee

In our production department, we work every day with a small and close-knit team to produce flavourful soups, sauces and prepared meals. Experience is a plus, but motivation is what matters most to us. If you are willing to learn and give your best, we will take care of the rest.

What will you do?

As an Allround Production Employee, you will be involved in the entire production process of our stand-up pouch products. Together with your colleagues, you will keep the production running smoothly. This means helping each other and stepping in when needed. Together, you also ensure that the workplace remains tidy, clean and safe.

You will be trained internally at different workstations, such as:

• Cooking – where the base of our products is prepared
• Filling – where products are filled into packaging
• Autoclave – where products are heated and preserved

Step by step, you will learn how the production process works and gradually perform more tasks independently, including:

• Assisting with product changeovers
• Carrying out process and quality checks
• Cleaning machines and work areas
• Assisting with machine changeovers and start-ups
• Supporting the operator in resolving minor malfunctions

You will work according to clear processes, recipes and steps, with quality, hygiene and food safety as top priorities at all times. We find it important that you actively observe, ask questions and want to understand how and why tasks are carried out. This way, you will grow into an allround, flexible production colleague.

You will work in a three-shift system, with production running from Monday 06:00 until Saturday 12:00.

Technical insight or experience in a food environment (for example, working in a kitchen) is a plus, but certainly not required. We will teach you the job.
